Produced by Terrain Trail Runners, Rockin' Rockwoods is a foot trail race with distance options of 53K and 1/2 Marathon/1/2 Marathon RUCK held at Greensfelder County Park traversing both Rockwoods Range and Rockwoods Reservation conservation areas in Wildwood, Missouri.

The Rockin' Rockwoods 53K course will be two out and back sections across the scenic Green Rock, DeClue and Fox Run Trails with 5,200ft of elevation gain.
The Rockin' Rockwoods 1/2 Marathon/1/2 Marathon RUCK course will be an out and back across the Green Rock, Eagle Valley and Deer Run Trails with 2,200ft of elevation gain.
