President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 Directors
All officers must be three-stepped compliant according
to Article III, Sec. 3.02, Article VII, Sec. 7.01. 
Minimal duties of each position may be found in Ozark's Bylaws.
Only current Ozark members are 18 years of age by the meeting date and have met the Ozark Bylaws, Article V, Sec. 5.05 (b) requirement may vote.
 
Nominations will be allowed from the floor
All nominators and nominees must be USATF Ozark members in good standing
Nominations may also be emailed to Secretary@ozark.usatf.org
ALL emails must originate from the nominator's (including seconders) or nominee's email address associated with their Sport80 account.
ALL emailed nominations, seconds AND acceptances
must be received by the Secretary 
No later than noon, September 13, 2024

All nominations must have a seconder
If the nominee is not present, then the nominator must present a signed letter from the nominee that the nominee will assume the office or the case of an emailed nomination,
